The 1911 Hartford Union High School building is a local landmark. It served as the city's high school for decades before being repurposed as a middle school. The building's architecture reflects the early 20th-century educational ideals.
Many notable graduates have walked its halls, including NFL players John Shinners and Jeremy Unertl, Olympic wrestler Dennis Hall, and Halestorm guitarist Joe Hottinger.

My grandmother graduated from Hartford High in 1940s. She would have loved this!
